Coca Cola milk

Written by  Milking It

Fonterra is second to none when it comes to supplying safe and quality dairy products to Chinese consumers.

But now it has a competitor to contend with - Coca Cola.

The drinks giant has got the green light to team up with China’s biggest dairy player Mengniu Dairy to make milk products in China.

The joint venture hopes to start with selling chilled milk before pushing into other segments.

Financial details of the deal and brand names haven’t been announced yet.
