Horizons Regional Council scored a winner the other week at a farmers’ meeting to discuss the dogs breakfast that is One Plan.

The first meeting was held in Bulls and it’s arguable that the plan delivered by the Environment Court is Bullshit. Secondly the venue was a pub called the Rat Hole. Surely there is significance in that as well.
