A first-time entrant has won the East Coast Ballance Farm Environment Award.

Kiwifruit growers Mark and Catriona White and their Coastal Kiwis orchard have won the Bay of Plenty Ballance Farm Environment Awards.

Meeting other entrants and finding out about the work everyone else was doing were highlights of the Ballance Farm Environment Awards for Waikato finalists Peter and Karen West.

Entering the Ballance Farm Environment Awards was a great learning and development experience, say Keitai farmers Gay Pembroke and Mark Corby.
