Ushering in summer

Written by

Lewis Road Creamery is adding strawberry milk to its novelty range, but as a ‘limited edition’ product – on sale only during spring and summer.

Fresh Strawberry Milk, made from fresh fruit in collaboration with Omaha Organic Berries, is now offered alongside old-fashioned Strawberry Ice Cream, which will become a staple after a successful one day trial earlier this year.    Lewis Road says this is the first in a series of limited edition, seasonal flavoured milks.  The company’s flavoured milk first went nuts nationally two years ago when it teamed up with Whittakers, launching Fresh Chocolate Milk that people rushed to buy. The previous newcomer was a double caramel flavour.
