Eroding share of milk worries Fonterra shareholders
Fonterra shareholders are concerned with a further decline in the co-op’s share of milk collected in New Zealand.
The decision to formally elect Brown provides the Council with continuity heading into a post-Trading Among Farmers environment. Brown took over the chairmanship eight weeks aho after Simon Couper resigned over TAF.
Brown then helped guide the council and shareholders through the TAF final vote.
