OPINION: Dairy farmers are under increasing pressure to safeguard their livestock, equipment and operations from a range of security threats.
The decision to formally elect Brown provides the Council with continuity heading into a post-Trading Among Farmers environment. Brown took over the chairmanship eight weeks aho after Simon Couper resigned over TAF.
