Chocolate milk taking NZ by storm

What do you get when you combine New Zealand organic milk and Whittakers chocolate?


The answer; chocolate flavoured milk thousands of New Zealanders are dying to get their hands on.


Small dairy company Lewis Road Creamery's new chocolate milk is taking the retailing world by storm.


The company is making 40,000 litres of chocolate milk a week at Green Valley Dairy's plant in Mangatawhiri, South Auckland; but the milk is sold out from supermarkets within hours.


Lewis Road Creamery owner Peter Cullinane believes the 100% New Zealand product has hit the sweet spot with consumers.
