Pinot Noir New Zealand will be returning to the Wellington waterfront in 2017 for three days, starting January 31.

Historically, the event has attracted media, trade, and enthusiasts of Pinot Noir from around the world, and highlighted some of the best New Zealand Pinot Noir.

At the 2013, event 110 producers from New Zealand’s diverse Pinot producing regions came together to showcase over 300 wines. Organisers hope the 2017 event will stimulate, educate, and connect attendees with what makes NZ Pinot Noir unique.

Ben Glover, chairman of Pinot Noir NZ 2017, says he is looking forward to leading an aspirational, thought-provoking 3-day programme.

“Pinot Noir NZ 2017 will continue to redefine the concept of New Zealand Pinot Noir. We’re looking to illuminate the path that leads to Pinot Noir greatness, and put fire into peoples’ bellies. We have a superbly reprobate team developing this programme, and look forward to welcoming visionaries, thinkers, industry leaders and lovers of Pinot to be part of this exciting event with us.”

This team includes:

Ben Glover (Chair) – group winemaker, Accolade Wines NZL
