Cool Climate Symposium

Hosted by the New Zealand Society for Viticulture and Oenology, the 11th International Cool Climate Wine Symposium will be held in Ōtautahi Christchurch from 25-28 January 2026.

Boasting an innovative programme of leading international and New Zealand practitioners, the symposium will feature plenary sessions workshops and tastings alongside offsite tours and social functions.
