Alliance Group is holding an election to fill two directorships next week.

Shareholders have been sent voting packs and votes must be received by postal or internet voting by 10.30am on Tuesday 15 December.

Four candidates have been nominated to fill the directorships.

The candidates are Stuart Campbell, Feilding, Russell Drummond, Winton, Pat McEvedy, Southbridge, and Dawn Sangster, Ranfurly.

“We know farmers are very busy at this time of the year, but the directors election is an opportunity for our shareholders to have input into who sits on our board,” said Murray Taggart, chairman of Alliance Group.

“We encourage all of our shareholders to take a few minutes to vote for the candidates they want to be their Alliance supplier representatives,” he said.

The election is being conducted using a ‘first past the post’ voting method.

The election result will be announced at Alliance’s annual meeting on 17 December 2020.
