The Hound reckons the bureaucrats of MBIE, who among other things have responsibility for employment -- but also the unemployed, or is it unemployable? -- are themselves so unemployable that...

...they hired a plastic sheep for a Xmas party (the thing you buy in a sex shop for a party). Worse still, they damaged it and had to pay for the repairs. The mind boggles at what these boring bureaucrats did to the sheep on that fateful night. Maybe they are Australians who don't know how to look after their girls? Real taxpaying farmers can rightly feel aggrieved at the idiots in MBIE and maybe these money-wasting minions need to be sent some real sheep shit to go along with the bullshit they are so adept at producing!
