Hustler Equipment is offering fiveyear warranty for all products manufactured in 2023 and later.
Hustler Equipment, manufacturer of livestock feeding machinery, has announced the introduction of a new, five-year warranty scheme for all their products manufactured in 2023 and later.
The company says this initiative aims to redefine customer assurance and satisfaction in the agricultural machinery industry.
Effective immediately and including all machines manufactured since January 2023, all machinery gets a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser for products retailed from an authorised Hustler dealership.
For model years 2022 and older, customers can refer to the previous country-specific warranty period, as outlined on the Hustler website.
To benefit from all the advantages of the warranty, customers can easily register their Hustler product online at hustlerequipment.com/ warranty and ensure that servicing or warranty claims are processed through an authorised Hustler dealership.
Special conditions of the warranty scheme are that Puckboard polyethylene floors are covered for 10 years, except for fading and conditions caused by excessive ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure.
Components, which includes hydraulic components, gearboxes and chains, electrical components, hydraulic and fluid hoses, and bearings that are damaged due to manufacturing defects, are covered for two years.
Paint and finish are covered for one year, while normal wear-and-tear from general use is not covered.
Wearing parts such as batteries, filters, tyres, towing eyes, and brake pads are covered against damage due to manufacturing defects for the original purchaser, but not for normal wear, consumption, or expiration. Labour is covered for all warranty repair travel, but mileage is excluded.

The Advanced Vehicle Suspension system, available on Optum 360, 390, and 440 models, responds to changing conditions, automatically adjusting how the suspension reacts to absorbs shocks and controlling vehicle movement.
In operation, sensors monitor the vibrations transmitted from the tractor chassis to the operator cabin, allowing the system to adjust suspension damping in real time. The control system incorporates key priorities, such as comfort at lower speeds and stability as speed increases, while also reacting to factors such as lower tyre pressures, where the tyres absorb more of the initial shock.
Case IH said as suspension requirements change throughout the working day, as tractors move between the paddock and road transport, the system manages suspension response in the background as tasks, speeds and conditions change, leaving the operator without the need to make manual adjustments.
Richard Hollins, Optum series tractors global product manager, said: “Pioneering technology must earn its place in the working day. Farmers and contractors will judge an investment by what it delivers, including manageable ownership costs, dependable up-time and the versatility to tackle different jobs. Organised by FederUnacoma, the Italian Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers Federation, the contest has been part of EIMA since 1986, with the Technical Evolution distinction awarded to products that introduce original improvements to solutions already manufactured or patented.
