Flexible pond liners conform to any shape

Written by

POND SPECIALIST Pondco Ltd says it is now the sole New Zealand distributor of Aquaflex pond liner.

Aqua-Flex is a flexible thermoplastic VLDPE pond liner made using virgin resins.  It contains no plasticisers, which can migrate to the surface causing premature ageing and degradation, the company says.

Pondco director Hamish Forbes says the product brings new possibilities to the pond lining industry – for dairying, livestock and landscaping, and for back yard DIY water features and fish ponds.

Flexible pond liner allows the buyer to create a pond of any shape, such as kidney shapes and natural-looking streams, says Forbes.

“Aqua-Flex pond liner makes an imaginative pond – a back yard oasis.”

Panels come up to 15m wide and 30m long and have fewer seams than traditional liners.
