New grapple bucket for livestock farmers
Hastings Manufacturing company Hustler Equipment has announced the introduction of the GrappleMax Grapple Bucket, designed to meet the diverse needs of livestock farmers.
Hustler Equipment is well known for its range of chainless bale feeders.
The introduction of an optional Even Feed Roller should be useful for those feeding high-density squares, making the job easier and delivering a more consistent windrow of feed to the livestock.
The roller acts to hold the bale on the cradle, allowing tightly packed “wafers” to be teased out, or if used with rounds, to allow the often tightly packed core to be broken down.
For those using both square and round bale formats, the roller can be switched to suit either without the need for tools. The unit is available for four- and five-feet wides machines and is retrofittable to pre-2020 Chainless X-Series machines.
